Exceptions

  • Customized or made-to-order products (e.g., with initials, engravings, or personalized designs) are not eligible for return or refund, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings or items intended for direct skin contact cannot be returned.

Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund timing depends on your bank or payment provider, but usually takes 5 to 10 business days.

  • If the product must be returned to us, the refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the item.

Shipping Costs

  • If the issue was caused by our error (e.g., incorrect, defective, or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • In all other cases, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
