Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During periods of high demand or new collection releases, processing times may be extended slightly, but we always strive to ship as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • United States – Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days

  • United States – Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping (select countries): 7–14 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for international orders)

Nara Bloom is not responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply to international shipments. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to assist with any shipping issues, once your order has left our hands and is with the carrier, we are not liable for delays, theft, or loss. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier.
